For Healthcare Facilities

How to Request a Pickup

1. Request

Log in to your dashboard. Select your waste types (e.g., Sharps, Infectious) and estimated quantity. Click "Request Pickup".

2. Dispatch

Our system locates the nearest certified transporter. You get an estimated arrival time and can track the driver on a live map.

3. Tag & Scan

The driver arrives and applies a unique MediGo QR tag to each container. This links the physical waste to your digital profile.

4. Certificate

Once destroyed, the treatment facility uploads the proof. Your Certificate of Destruction (CoD) appears in your "Certificates" tab automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get my Certificate of Destruction (CoD)?

Your CoD is automatically generated once the treatment facility processes your waste. You can download it directly from your dashboard under the "Certificates" tab.

What if I don't know my waste classification?

Refer to our Standards Guide or contact support. Generally, Sharps go in Yellow, Infectious in Red, and Pharma in Amber.

Is there a subscription fee?

No. MediGo operates on a "Pay-per-Pickup" model for small generators. You only pay when you request a collection.
